The Training, Education, and PR Committee is responsible for developing educational resources and training materials for use in the member states to help ensure awareness of, and compliance with, the terms of the Compact and the Commission’s rules.

Jean Hall

Jean Hall began employment with the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) in 1994. Since that time, Ms. Hall has held various positions within DJJ that included Human Services Program and Operations Management Consultant II. Ms. Hall serves as the Compact Administrator for the Interstate Compact for Juveniles for the state of Florida. Some of her areas of responsibility include training DJJ personnel; managing the transfer of all Florida juvenile probation and parole cases into and out the state; supervising all juvenile extradition in Florida; and reviewing client home investigations. She chairs the Training, Education and Public Relations Committee for the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. She also serves as a member on the Executive Board Committee for the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. In addition, Ms. Hall has served as the National Trainer for the Association of Juvenile Compact Administrators. Ms. Hall received her BS in Criminology from Florida State University in 1998 and her Master's Degree in Adult Education from Florida A&M University in 2001.
