UNITY Data Maintenance

Keeping your data clean and accurate

For 2023, the Commission will focus on the following UNITY Data Maintenance tasks:

  • Maximum Probation / Parole Date

  • Unity User Access Review

  • HE  & QPR Pending Case Review

  • Travel Permit Case Review

 

 

Rule-Based Standards

Operationalizing ICJ Rules

For 2023, the Commission will focus on the 2 standards:

A-01: For all cases falling under Rule 4-102, Receiving States shall forward the home evaluation within 45 calendar days of receipt of the referral. Rule 4-102(4)

A-02: Receiving States shall furnish written progress reports to the sending state on no less than a quarterly basis. Rule 5-101(4)

2023 OBJECTIVES


For each UNITY Maintenance Cycle:

90% of state UNITY Coordinators will review and/or correct cases identified 

By August 31, 2023:

  1. No more than 10% of HE reports will be overdue nationally; &
  2. Each state will have no more than 10% of QPR reports will be overdue.

By December 31, 2023:

  1. No more than 5% of HE reports will be overdue nationally; &
  2. Each state will have no more than 5% of QPR reports will be overdue.
