The Rule Amendment Proposals Commenting Period: March 1 - 31, 2027
The ICJ Rules Committee will present the first draft of the 2027 rule amendment proposals for the Commission's 30-day commenting period on March 1, 2027, pursuant to ICJ Rule 2-103(2) which states,
The Rules Committee shall review drafts of all proposed rules or amendments and provide the drafts to the Commission for review and comments. All written comments received by the Rules Committee on proposed rules or amendments shall be posted on the Commission’s Website upon receipt. Based on these comments, the Rules Committee shall prepare a final draft of the proposed rules or amendments for consideration by the Commission not later than the next annual meeting falling in an odd-numbered year.
ICJ Commissioners, Compact Administrators, Deputy Compact Administrators, Designees, and ex officio members will be invited to submit comments of support or concern on proposed ICJ Rule amendments during the commenting period of March 1 - 31, 2027.
