2026 Performance Measurement Assessment Standards

In December 2025, the Compliance Committee approved conducting the 2026 Performance Measurement Assessment (PMA), assessing States on three compliance standards using the Tableau Transfer of Supervision Dashboard reports. The standards will be assessed quarterly, beginning with 2026 Quarter 1 data. States will receive PMA reports in the last month of the following quarter. View the report schedule.

Standard A-01

For all cases falling under Rule 4-102, Receiving States shall forward the home evaluation within 45 calendar days of receipt of the referral.

STANDARD A-02

Receiving States shall furnish written progress reports to the sending state on no less than a quarterly basis.

Rule 5-101(4)

STANDARD A-03

Sending States shall respond to a report of violation, to include action to be taken by the sending state and the date the action will occur, no later than 10 business days following receipt.
