18 for all criminal offenses; 16 for certain offenses. Serious felonies after the age of 16 are automatically waived to adult court.
Age Juvenile Case Can Be Transferred to Adult Court
14; as young as 10 for class A Felonies.
Maximum Probation Age
18 if dispositional order is entered before youth turns 17. If dispositional order is entered after juvenile turns 17 but before they turn 18, youth can be placed on probation for a year and six months after the disposition order date.
