"Ms. Richardson consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to ensuring that the Compact services are delivered to youth and families in a timely manner. She responds promptly to inquiries in UNITY, as well as to emails and telephone calls, within five to ten minutes of receiving notifications to assist states' compact offices and her local staff. Ms. Richardson works diligently to prevent her cases from being listed as overdue. She takes the initiative to support the Deputy Compact Administrator with pending correspondence. Additionally, she has exceeded her general responsibilities by assisting the office during a staff shortage, taking on additional duties to ensure that quarterly reports, violation reports, absconder reports, and case closures are managed promptly to prevent any delays in services to youth. Her reliability and dedication are highly commendable and do not go unrecognized."
