"Ms. Richardson consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to ensuring that the Compact services are delivered to youth and families in a timely manner. She responds promptly to inquiries in UNITY, as well as to emails and telephone calls, within five to ten minutes of receiving notifications to assist states' compact offices and her local staff. Ms. Richardson works diligently to prevent her cases from being listed as overdue. She takes the initiative to support the Deputy Compact Administrator with pending correspondence.

"Bill and I handled a very challenging return case, in which Rhode Island was the "holding state". The youth had personal items that he wanted to take with him back to Maine, and was refusing to cooperate with the Form III until the items were located. Bill made several attempts to locate these items, including driving to a residence where the youth was recently at to recover these items to help with the return process. Bill also met with the youth, in person, to help him understand the Form III process.
