Public Hearing on ICJ Rule Amendment Proposals
The Public Hearing provides members of the public with the opportunity to submit and present comments on proposed amendments to ICJ Rules.
The hearing is required pursuant to ICJ Rule 2-103 which reads, in part:
4. Each proposed rule or amendment shall state:
a. The place, time, and date of the scheduled public hearing;
